We are a team of six committed, social innovators, driven by the common goal of reducing poverty in Central Oregon. We believe that, by working together with a wide variety of similarly committed non-profit, business and government entities, we can help our region’s citizens improve and grow their lives.
Because of our organization’s relatively small number of employees, we must accomplish our goals through the leveraging of our assets, both financial and human-resource based. Thus collaborating and partnering are the primary tools of our trade, and outcomes are our measurement.
