Sisters
Sisters is a wonderful little town in northwest Deschutes County. The population of Sisters is 1,642. The nearby communities of Camp Sherman and Metolius access services in Sisters. The community’s primary economic engine is tourism. The community is nationally recognized for its urban planning efforts to theme itself with an “Old West” appearance. The community attracts tens of thousand of tourists year round. Sisters has worked hard to become one of the best tourist attractions in Central Oregon. They hoast a wonderful Wine and local Beer festivals. And their Bluegrass festivals is one of the best around.
